City Garden
The CITY GARDEN residential building above Čobanija conceptually combines a residential ambience into a unique green oasis of peace, with a magnificent panoramic view of Sarajevo.
On six floors there are 39 residential apartments, ranging from 40 m2 to the largest of 177 m2, with outdoor and indoor garage space. The common areas of the 352-square-meter hobby center include a fitness room and a children’s playroom.
The highest quality standards are also met when it comes to sound and thermal insulation, as well as the cooling and heating system. We have taken care of the highest level of security with full video surveillance, alarm devices and direct connection with the intervention system of security agencies.
The construction of the CITY GARDEN complex is due to the company SEIC Garden, a member of the SEIC Group - Investment Company in Southern Europe, which has proven itself in the construction of high quality facilities, such as DVOR (www.dvor.ba) and the prestigious Residence Inn by Marriott in Cobania.
The planning and architectural supervision of this building was entrusted to the design office of HMD Architects. The author of the project, architect Nihad Babović, has won several awards in the field of architecture, design and urbanism. He is the conceptual creator of several buildings, of which the headquarters of the Delegation of the European Union and the Embassy of the Republic of Germany stand out in the center of Sarajevo.
