Meet the City Garden
The CITY GARDEN residential building above Čobanija conceptually combines a residential ambience into a unique green oasis of peace, with a magnificent panoramic view of Sarajevo.
On six floors there are 39 residential apartments, ranging from 40 m2 to the largest of 177 m2, with outdoor and indoor garage space. The common areas of the 352-square-meter hobby center include a fitness room and a children’s playroom.
The highest quality standards are also met when it comes to sound and thermal insulation, as well as the cooling and heating system. We have taken care of the highest level of security with full video surveillance, alarm devices and direct connection with the intervention system of security agencies.

Apartments
The CITY GARDEN complex contains 39 apartments. It is envisaged that each apartment has one parking space or garage within the building or plot. The apartments in the complex have an area of 40 m2 to the largest of 177 m2, which are distributed on four basements, ground floor and two floors due to the slope of the terrain. Special attention is paid to the panoramic terrace at the top of the building, and the eco-ambience.
